Emad Rami Birth: our vocalist professor Emad Rami was born in the immortal city of Damascus in 1963. He listened to wonderful tones composed by great musicians like Omar Al Batsh and Abdul Al'al Al Gersha and performed by wonderful singers like Muslim Al bitar, Tawfik Al Munged, Hassan Adeep and Sabry. Formation: The atmosphere of his father's family was charming. There was always recitation. The father of his mother was the earlier great vocalist Muslim Al Bitar. He was brought up listening to those wonderful tones in his house. Consequently, he had a great storage of great heritage in his mind, and his life was affected by this. Beginnings: he began to sing for his family members and some of his friends. He found that singing attracted them and attracted only the god fearing youth who loved him. He also discovered that a wave of bad songs in the age of satellites has affected everyone, but Allah guided him to put religious songs in a high position that satisfy everyone with wonderful tones and innovative styles that match with our religion and don’t leave the eastern tones he practiced well. Stardom: he achieved his goals and published his first cassette album that announced his presence. That was followed by the second album then the third until he engaged a great space in that field without any propaganda from any marketing firms, and without any cable channel adopting him. People began searching for his albums and expecting them eagerly. Young and old people sat to listen him blissfully while he guided them to the noble meanings of Islam through his wonderful songs. Parties and festivals: his art spread, so he was invited to parties in Damascus and other governorates of Syria, and then he became well known enough to be invited to Lebanon. He sang at Enesco palace, the largest hall in Beirut, Sayda, Tripoli, Jordan, KSA, Algeria and Cairo. He gained the honor of meeting Sheikh Mohammed Metwally Al Sharawy in Cairo about four months before his death and praised him greatly. He also was invited three times to USA from one state to another and the UK and other cities in 2004. Every one accepted him. His albums are still in the Islamic cassette markets in the Islamic world ranked in the first four levels competing with Al Sharawy, |
