He defends himself by claiming that this is his artistic vision and choice, as listeners would say this is the song/album of Mostafa Mahmod. He says: "Sometimes a lyricist would show me his work to choose from, and I would initially choose what would suit me, and the lyricist would make changes according to our discussion; at other times, I would tell the lyricist of an idea to make him write a song for me, like my songs 'Why Are You Silent?', 'Cry, Conscience Of The World!' and 'Tell you What' As for the lyricists, he says: "Some of them are amateurs, and some are professionals, and I prefer those who are good at their profession as lyricists, and at the same time whose work is in accordance to my Islamic vision". * He has an exceptional work relation with the poet Salah Galal, who authored the following songs: "Warm Me In Your Embrace", "A Big Heart", ''Why Are You Silent?", "Happiness", "Makers of Life", "A Seed Of Hope", ''My Feelings", ''I Love Light", "What Is The Matter", and "The Volcano Of Awakening", among others. * He held many successful performances in El-Sakkia Cultural Center, and he was the first chanter of religious songs to perform there. * He sings in English and he sings Rap songs as well. * He loves change and variation in his music, themes, and artistic forms in the Islamic chanting. * He considers his art as his hobby, enjoyment and profession at the same time; yet, his artistic activity is not as financially rewarding as expected, but he commences in any artistic project as if it is his first.
